Informazioa eta aholku praktikoekin bi liburu gida aurkezten dira hemen

• Komunitatearen paertehartzerako estrategiak gauzatzeko munduko Euskal Etxeen testuinguruan

Liburu-gida hauek Gasteizen burututako Euskal Gizataldeen Mundu Biltzarrean (2003) aztertutako ezinegonen eta eginbeharren ildotik sortzen dira.
Dagoeneko lehen liburu- gidaren zirriborro amaitua aurkeztzen zaio euskal diasporari, bigarrena laister asko prest egongo delakoan.

Lan hauen helburua bikoitza da:

1. Euskal Etxeetako kide eraginkorren formazioa sustatzea edota kanpoko adituen laguntza kontutan hartu beharra betebehar zehatz, estrategiko eta ordaindu hauek burutzeko orduan horrela komunikazioa eta komunitateko partehartze arloeri merezi duten garrantzia emanez.
2. Kanpo Harremanetarako Euskal Gobernuak eratua duen sailari iradoki eta bultzatzea etorkizun hurbilean diru laguntza bereziak eta are berezituen ideia kontutan har dadin urtero eskaintzen duen deialdietan.

Izan ere horixe da ateratzen dugun ondorioa Britania Handiko elkarlan eta auzolan arloetan dagoen esperientzia zabala bazainbat sakona gehi komunitate sostenagarriak sustatze aldera gobernua beraren ahalegin estrategikoeri begiratuz gero.

Toolkits for Communication and Community Participation

Here you will find two toolkits with information and advise in order to establish sound

• Communication strategies
• Strategies for community participation within the context of Basque Centers around the world.

The need for such toolkits stems from the main worries outlined and guidelines established during the last Congress of Basque Collectivities Abroad (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 2003)
The Basque Diaspora is offered here a completed draft copy of the first toolkit in the hope that the second one will be ready shortly.
The objective of such work is twofold:

1. To foster the need for training active members of the Basque Centre and/or consider to hire external professionals to carry out concrete, estrategic and paid for tasks within the specific fields of communication and community participation.
2. To suggest the Department of External Affairs of the Basque Government the idea in the near future of taking into account the need to establish especifically targeted budget amounts towards the yearly funding of such positions.

Such is the conclusion reached following the longstanding associative and charitable experience in Great Britain as well as the huge efforts that the British government puts towards the development of sustainable communities.

Guias de consulta para la comunicacion y la participacion comunitaria

Se presentan aqui dos libros-guias con informacion y consejos practicos a la hora de establecer

• Estrategias comunicativas
• Estrategias para la participacion comunitaria en los Centros vascos

La necesidad de dichos libros-guia surge de las inquietudes y lineas de actuacion acordadas en el ultimo Congreso de Comunidades Vascas celebrada en Vitoria (2003)
Aqui se presenta a la diaspora vasca el primer borrador completo del primer libro y se espera que el segundo este listo en el plazo mas breve posible.
El objetivo que se busca es doble:

1. Fomentar la necesidad de formar a personas activas en los centros vascos y/o tomar en consideracion a profesionales externos para llevar a cabo trabajos concretos, estrategicos y remunerados en el campo de la actividad comunicativa y la participacion comunitaria.
2. Sugerir la idea de que el departamento de Accion Exterior del Gobierno Vasco considere en el futuro proximo la necesidad de establecer partidas especiales y diferenciadas en las subvenciones anuales para tal efecto.

Asi lo aconsejan la dilatada esperiencia de la vida asociativa, tanto social y cultural como caritativa del Reino Unido asi como las lineas de actuacion estrategica de su gobierno a la hora de fomentar lo que aqui se conoce como 'comunidades sostenibles'.
